CP Spring Challenge coaches
Synopsis:
Teams of 10 or so assigned their own coach.
While each coach will guide their own program some consistencies will include:

  • journaling 
  • goal setting
  • initial and final endurance
  • initial and final measurements
  • coach and peer support
  • tracking exercise
Each week, the team with the least points for participation will have boot camp.
