These classes offer a variety of options, often in one class, to advance your cardio

endurance and increase strength.

All of our group exercise classes are taught by experienced trainers. They are all suitable for all levels of fitness. Our trainers will provide modifications and assist participants with proper form . 

You will be encouraged to do only what you can, and listen to your body.

We encourage you to come and try a class. These classes are conceived and conducted

with the same mission in mind; to make fitness fun and serve the wellness of all participants. 

Did you know that, on average, you can burn 500 calories during a calisthenics class!  
    • Bring your water
    • Dress comfortably
    • Carry your athletic shoes (no outdoor footwear is allowed in the classroom)

 Class Descriptions: 

SILVER SENIOR
Silver Seniors is dedicated to improving muscle tone and strength in our senior community. If you don’t use it, you loose it. Building muscle increases stamina, improves sleep and promotes a general feeling of well being. You never know what your capable of until you try.

 WEDNESDAY WEIGHTS
This class focuses on weight training to build fat burning muscle!

SUNDAY CONFESSIONAL

This class is our effort to help you atone for weekend sins. Indulgences don’t stand a chance against this hour long lesson in variety. You will use some light weights, platforms, and your own body’s resistance for a full body workout. During confessional you may dabble with exercise balls or spin bikes; you may stay indoors or go out! Come join the relaxed Sunday morning confessional.

 PUMP IT!

These fun, action packed classes focus on strengthening your body while keeping your heart rate up to burn calories and increase cardiovascular conditioning.

CARDIO CORE & MORE

Focus on strengthening your body’s core by using stability balls, Pilates, dumbbells, bands, and steps. The workout includes, but is not limited to squats, lunges, upper body, abdominal muscles and back.

RISE & SHINE BOOTCAMP

Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body. Specifically designed to make you sweat!

ANDREA’S BOOT CAMP 

“Bootcamp”, a word that strikes fear in the hearts of many. In reality, bootcamp classes can one of the best weapons in your fitness or weight loss arsenal. Designed to meet all fitness levels, this one hour class uses body weight and cardio exercises to burn calories, strengthen muscles and improve stability and balance. All participants work at their own pace and all exercises can be modified to meet fitness needs.

STRENGTH FIX

This circuit style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full body training session while jamming to fun music. All fitness levels are welcome as everyone works at their own pace. You’ll be challenged, no matter your level, but its designed for beginner, intermediate or advanced fitness levels. Be ready to break a sweat!

CARDIO KICK STRENGTH 

Cardio Kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts. It is one of the most popular fitness trends to hit gymnasiums in recent years. These workouts, which are inspired by martial arts, have motivated many people to start a fitness program. This intense, total-body workout can improved strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.
